I began my career as a Surveyor in the USAF. After studying hard, I passed the Licensing exams to obtain a professional license and opened a small business from scratch. After 20 years in that work, I decided to step out and specialize in Civil & Architectural Design. I have always been a bit of a software Nerd and having hands-on, field construction experience has complimented my approach to designing "buildable" plans.

My experience ranges from Sr. Civil Designer on $300 million dollar power plant, Field Engineer for several D.O.T. Highway transportation projects, Commercial & Residential Site Plans, Grading Plans, Wetlands Mapping and Residential Building Designs. My drive for excellence, continuing quest to "do-it-better" made me an "uncomfortable fit" within the confines of stagnant employment environments. I created 4 Aces Design to showcase a better way of getting the job done.
